Cancellation Policy

Traveller Sites 

• If a cancellation notice is given more than 14 days before the arrival date, an administrative fee of $20 plus taxes will be charged. 
• If a cancellation notice is given 14 days or less before the arrival date, the reservation amount will not be refunded. 

 

Cabins 

• If a cancellation notice is given more than 30 days before the arrival date, an administrative fee of $20 plus taxes will be charged. 
• If a cancellation notice is given 30 days or less before the arrival date, the reservation amount will not be refunded. 

 

Deposit 

• A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking.
